Always Open

Websites people remember. For businesses everywhere.

A website, a text that goes out when you miss a call, and a Google listing that stays up to date. One person sets it all up: me.

01 · What's included

Three things that bring in more customers.

A website people remember
A new site, or a fresh start for an old one. Made for phones first, so calling you, finding you or ordering takes one tap.
Missed-call text-back
Miss a call and the caller gets a text from your business within seconds, with your menu or booking link. Their reply comes to your cell like a normal text, so they don't move on to the next place on Google.
Google Business Profile care
Your hours, photos and links kept current on Google, matching your website, so people who search for you see the right information.
  • You keep your phone number
  • No app to download
  • Month to month
  • Launch on your domain

02 · Text-back, in 30 seconds

The call you missed still gets an answer.

You can't pick up during the lunch rush, with a client, or after you close. The person calling usually tries the next place. With text-back, they get a text from your business before they do.

  1. A call goes unanswered.
  2. Within seconds, the caller gets your text, worded the way you talk. I write it, you approve it.
  3. They text back, and it lands on your cell. You answer like any other text.
  4. A different message goes out when you're closed, and anyone who replies STOP is opted out.

03 · Work

Real sites, not mockups.

Demo concept, not a client

A pho restaurant, as a demo

What a restaurant site with Always Open looks like: the menu in two languages, a call button at the top, and the hours easy to find on a phone.

04 · How it goes

1 to 4 weeks.
A first look in week one.

I run a one-person studio in Anaheim. You talk to me from the first call to launch day.

  1. We talk

15 minutes about your business, your hours and what customers ask you most.

  2. A first look

You see the website in week one and tell me what to change.

  3. Text-back set up

I register your business with the phone carriers. That's required for business texting and usually takes 1 to 3 weeks.

  4. We test it together

You dial a short code so missed calls forward, we try a real call, and you're live.

05 · Pricing

Simple monthly prices. No contract.

06 · Common questions

Common questions

What's in the free site review?

I go through your site and Google listing the way a customer would, then tell you honestly what I'd change. It costs nothing.

Do I need a new phone or a new number?

No. You keep your number and your phone. Unanswered calls forward to your text-back line, and replies come to your cell.

Can I get text-back without a new website?

Yes. Setup is $199, then $79 a month. If I made your website, setup is $99.

Do I need a website already?

No. I make new sites and redo old ones.

What do I need for setup?

Your legal business name and EIN for carrier registration, and your hours. I take care of the rest.

You're great in person.Let's look great online.

Tell me about your business. I'll look at your site and your Google listing and tell you honestly what I'd change.
